Salam.
Everybody in the house were jealous of me. We woke up quite early because mother instruct us to go buy one long list of groceries. And the crowd in the market were too many. I made a promise to not involve with last minute shopping anymore. Oh they were jealous because I sleep the whole day escaping fun of father nagging due to clogged sink. Hehe
I have this one small thought, to be shared, insignificant of course but who knows, might be relevant. :)
We, as Gen Y were dependent to technology and most of our time spent on the net. Me to, certainly is not excluded. I woke up everyday with the first thing to grab is handphone, to check on others' updates.
But, during this Aidilfitri, I thought we should spend more time with real people surrounding us, compared to virtual friends. Appreciate family members in front of us, and don't make them feel unattended and less important.
Hope you will have good times of Aidilfitri, and don't forget to free your hands from yourphone. :)
So please

I sound so gay in previous post. I am not, lets just say 'she' is referring to pet or cats or anything cute.

Smiling the Smiles of Lovers
Salam.
So she stares at me with those glare, again. There were hope and longiness in her eyes, and I am a real ignorant if I didn't notice that. I don't really know how to react, because I enjoy her attention too. Is that wrong? Of course, it is.
The fact that this is temporary provides me mixed feelings. I am happy this is going to end soon and I no longer need to contain this guilty feeling in my chest. The bad news is, can I be really okay after she left? She is no ordinary. She is reserved, and the only prove is the happy shine in her eyes.
I am sorry, and the least that I can do for us, although there is no 'us' for us, but lets just pray for the best. He listens, and of course come out with the best way to resolve.

Adrenaline Rush
Salam.
I was once, thought myself is an outdoor girl and love adrenaline rush so much. One of my biggest dream (in term of money and attainability) is to try out paragliding. What it feels to be flying on the air?
Cool right?
But at the age of 22, I try on roller coaster named Cyclone ( the most evil roller coaster that I know, even that is the only one that I experienced). From beginning till the end I been on that roller coaster, being flipped upside down and shaken and until at one point, I thought my seat's screw is loose and I am going to fall down, I managed to NOT open my eyes and tears streaming down all the way. And inside, reciting any surah that came into my mind as my last preparation in case if my seat is real loose and I am going to fall 30 meter under. That was my first and last. No more no more no more.
Talking about paragliding huh?
So lets just cut off 'Paragliding' from my list-to-do. My body is not fit enough to face that pressure, tested and proven already. Unless, I will be convinced if I fall, the landed area is covered by mattress or sponge or anything that won't harm, I might change my mind. For now, let me just think the other fun to fill in my list-to-do in my life. Joining baking class maybe? Hehe.
Bye bye and take care.

There are Reasons...
Salam.
My friends and me were talking about something mundane, and our topic tilted to more serious one, which is about faith and Islam. As a scarfy lady, I was at one time reach a point where I think I need not to do anything to improve, because I thought I just need to maintain myself as it is.
That was a major, big, fat mistake.
Now, I believe life is more about improving ourselves. Scarfy or not, solat or not, fasting or not, the most important thing is the awareness to improve and be a better person, really. Don't ever feel that we are born this way, and bound to be that way till the end. There is a reason why God give us one more day, breathing and not six-feet under, because we need that day to improve and put ourselves at a better place.
So the keyword here is to improve ourselves and be better person.
There are too many attempts in this blog of mine that shows what I want to be, and I am very sorry to say that I am not really succeeded. This blog and what I wrote, are mostly my wishful thinking.
I don't really know how Ramadhan treats you, but I hope all of you gain full barakah from it.
Tata and take care :)

I am Combination of...
Salam.
Today is Sunday, and I miss being at home on Sunday. Plus I need to submit something tomorrow and my entire body is so tired, I don't know why, so I guess be at home is a real need for me.
Yesterday, I get myself a piece of baju raya, two is enough for this year. Usually mother prepare me 3 pieces of baju kurung for raya, but this year is exception. Mother is no longer buying me baju raya, I need to be independent now. And also need to learn how to save money.
I was wearing flat yesterday, and there was a feeling that I don't really know how to put into words but the thing is, when I wear flats, I don't feel like I am at my real height. I felt shorter and that alone, make me felt uncomfortable to continue on with the day and inside me, shouting for helps to be elevated by my always saviour, wedges. Is this what we called 'lupa daratan?' Hahaha.
I, at most of the time looked higher than my actual height, because I am too comfortable with wedges. Sometimes, when there is occasion when I need to put off my footgear, my friends beside would usually go like this, 'Oh, you are actually short!' hehe
But I am not too comfortable with sky-high wedges. My legs would usually cry for ointment for the night if the height is too high. My comfortable height is only about erm I don't know, I didn't measure them, but medium level I guess.
Now as a career lady ehem ehem, I developed some passion in handbags and shoes, but of course knowing me, I don't splurge on them. Stingy is still inside me, especially towards myself. I am combination of stingy and big spender, if anybody would like me to define myself. So the conclusion is, I am confused which group I do belong.
Happy Ramadhan.

Refresh
Salam.
I was sick last Friday and MC for the day. I lay on the bed and called mother if is it okay if I don't pay my fast because I can't stand being sick, my body need to consume some pills. So mother said okay, and I spent the rest of the day bedridden while rush in and out to the toilet because err I just need too...Something to do with my throat, doctor said there was infection and no wonder after three weeks, the cough is still there.
Dayah, my roomate for now had insist to take me to clinic since beginning, but I as stubborn and cocky as I am, refuse because I believe my body is made of steel and doesn't need prescriptions to heal.
So yeah, after some medicine and meet up with family, everything is gradually okay. Mother said I got infection because my habit of drinking hot drinks, not hot as if hot, but boiling hot. So I guess mother is right. I need to correct the temperature of the drink for a bit and wait until it get warm.
So people, take care. Happy fasting :)

A good example has twice the value of good advice."
I am publishing drafted entry from 2012. This was when I am too sensitive about others' words.

Salam.
So the story went on something like this. A guy convinced me that I am not pretty. I was quite astonished by then. (Pretty or not, it is a fact that quite awkward to be discussed and throw right into your face, no?- and of course that is a fact that I am fully aware and need not to be reminded).
Not long after that, a girl come to justify that I am no longer pretty, I was pretty and now I am wasted.
Then talk goes on like now I am no longer cheerful, my company wasn't as great and I needed no longer in any occasion.
People change and I change. I thank you those who stays around with my transformation and those who bluntly throws comment.
I, as positive as I could will appreciate everything that came into my life. But a heart and matters involving it, is quite too complicated to be put into sentences. It is quite untrue to declare virtually about forgiving thingy when deep down inside, absolute grudge hidden.
May all of us learned, talk less and think more.
I am contended with everything for now.
On the positive note, I will be at home in less than a hour! What my house and room will look like? I've been hopping here and there, not really have time to miss home and now, I am deeply believe the sentence 'I am going home' alone bring some positive vibes.
Happy Ramadhan all beautiful souls :)

Growl
Salam.
One thing that I scared most in Ramadhan is my stomach growls too loud, even when I am not fasting, people can still hear and my colleagues now just pretend to understand. It is okay la, as long as I am not in the meeting room.It is still tolerable I guess.
I have fabric for raya already, still hunting the scarf.
They aired good series during this Ramadhan, nice. My favourite is Ramadhan Terakhir, every Tuesday-Thursday played by Esma Danial. But one character that attract me most to keep watching is Mazni. She act very well and her dialogue was hilarious but meaningful.
Okay, nothing much to elaborate. Happy puasa everyone :)

Rainy Days
Salam.
It has been so long, and I know this maybe sounds cliche, but I sometimes miss my campus life. Life was more joyful back then. I went to everywhere at anytime I please, there will be nothing in my way. So this is how my current life teach me on how to appreciate freedom.
Freedom as in I can do what I decide to do and not end up doing things that is left as the only option. Of course, often times I would tell my heart to not focusing on its drawback, but there are also times when I just couldn't stop questioning why.
On tiny bits of life that I learned now is we can't really trust everyone. Of course most of these people is not bad, it is just on many things especially personal one, is not really necessary to be told to everybody. (I used to become so talkative before and trying too hard to make up a conversation from any topic randomly in mind, not really aware on its consequences). And judgment that now is too familiar,of course in office now I need to be careful what topic should I talked about, because networking is important too.
I am actually trying to imply that life is getting tougher and my respect grew bigger to those who nail their life especially this part called work-life balance. Mine one is quite tilted to me, myself and I.
Bye bye and have good days ahead people.
