So I was again, committed the same mistake. I learned now that if we are dealing something serious in a stern condition, please avoid communicating via virtual means. Get the communication as human as possible. Worst is through phone call, and best is meeting each other face to face.

As everybody knows that woman is driven by emotion and man guarded by their ego, so deciding isn't best if the communication doesn't conveyed the meaning.

So don't argue virtually, argue on their face, like a man.
