Tank

 Salam.

I think to become a good writer, one can’t help from being extra sensitive and observant towards thing that may not appear important to others so the narrative is compelling, fresh and unique. Just like Murakami and Elif Shafak.

I stayed at my friend house for a week and I experienced having dishwasher as an aid in the kitchen and boy, I am so going to get it for my own house later. Thanks to the technology, the time spent in the kitchen can be used for other more important things. I do agree that sometimes we spend unnecessary, extra times and energy in food preparation and cleaning up the mess later.

Talking about dishwasher, there are habit about washing dishes that I had benefitted from my father which was to clean the glasses or cups first before the plates or pots or bowls, so the grease from food stain or oil remains will not soil the glasses or cups. Second is to arrange sharp items such as knives or forks further away on the shelves or drying rack, so we will not risk injury to ourselves while reaching for the cutlery or any tools. My father told me about this when I was a kid and I find it interesting and practical. As a kid, any new information or knowledge about life is always a good point to brag or show off to friend or aunty in my case, when my nephew told me that a certain fishes’ function is to help clean the tank or other big fishes in the ocean. And certain big fishes favourite food is small fishes.

Bye!
